Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors Inspire have relocated to significantly larger premises in the commercial centre of Poole.
Inspire, formed by MD Warren Munson in 2004, has outgrown its existing premises for the second time since its inception. "We've grown quickly since 2004 and I wanted to find a long term home for Inspire where the business could continue to grow" said Warren, "I've always been committed to this area as a good business location and 37 Commercial Road is perfect for our needs"
The new building is three times larger than Inspire's previous offices. Mr Munson has invested heavily in a refurbishment programme and acquired the premises with the help of Lewis Innovative Investments on a five year lease with a purchase option. "This method of acquisition works well for us" says Warren, "as a young, expanding company we get the benefit of; larger, more modern premises, in the right location, now; and are safe in the knowledge that we can stay here and create an asset at a later stage"
Inspire completed its move over one weekend, with the staff working closely with local suppliers to ensure that there was no loss of service to clients. The new offices were up and running on the Monday morning with the first visitors arriving at nine o'clock.
