Independent and innovative Inspire Professional Services Limited has increased its existing team with the addition of two further employees, Nicola Janes and Peter Burden. Both employees will be based at Inspire's Bournemouth office, which is the strong hold of the company's operation. The forward thinking company's customer driven focus and commitment to improvement have been acknowledged as drivers for its continued growth and success. 
Warren Munson, Director of Inspire Professional Services Limited comments, "When I chose Inspire as a name, I was determined the business would be progressive and innovative. I believe we have now achieved this reputation by routinely reviewing customer service, our people and procedures, as well as examining how our service is best delivered. We believe it is important to solicit feedback from clients, but to also act upon this information. Recruiting Nicola and Peter will expand and diversify the service we already provide. It will also increase the number of advisors available to clients which can only prove beneficial. I am delighted to have them both on board."
Nicola has been a Business Advisor in the local area for three years and will continue in this role at Inspire. Nicola will be responsible for preparing management accounts and year end statutory accounts on behalf of businesses. Nicola comments, "I am really pleased to be working at Inspire. I wanted a role which would allow me more client interaction, which is already occurring at Inspire. I am sure that this will continue to develop due to the company's philosophy on customer service. I believe communication with clients is key, as only when advisors are fully informed can they innovate and inspire."
Peter was originally with the Inland Revenue and has acquired a vast amount of knowledge on PAYE and self-assessment personal tax. He is currently studying for his AAT qualification, whilst also managing to sing in an operatic group and take care of his 12 week old daughter, Mollie.
Already operating on behalf of an impressive client portfolio, including - Healthcare Computing Limited, TDSI and the Business Evolution Group. The Bournemouth Inspire team now comprises nine individuals with further growth looking set to continue.
