Ferndown based tax and chartered accounting firm, Inspire Professional Services Ltd, is investing in its employees' future by providing staff the opportunity to gain extra qualifications to help progress their careers. Employees, Claire Protopsaltis, Nicola Janes and Cheryl Davis have all benefited from the company's commitment to employee advancement and are celebrating exam successes.
Claire Protopsaltis, who currently works as a Business Advisor in the firm, has completed her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification. She comments, "I am very fortunate to work within an organisation that recognises the need for professional training and the rewards that this can bring, not only to my own development, but the significant impact this can have on the service which clients receive."
Nicola Janes is already half way through the ACCA qualification and is preparing for her next academic year. Cheryl Davis is in the third year of her Association of Accounting Technician qualification. Her recent exam success will mean that she has only one more exam to complete before being fully qualified and progressing to the ACCA exams.
Warren Munson, Director of Inspire Professional Services Ltd comments, "Claire, Nicola and Cheryl are valuable members of the Inspire team. I am very pleased that all three have been successful, as they certainly deserve it! At Inspire we encourage staff to achieve their career goals, equipping them with the necessary skills to fulfil and exceed their roles."
At a time when a recent BBC report highlights student fears on graduation, recommending that government bodies work alongside employers to identify vital skills needed in the work place, Inspire Professional Services Limited continues to demonstrate its progressive approach. |
