On the 30th July Inspire were excited to welcome over fifty local business people to a special summer Business Forum for drinks, nibbles and networking. In addition to enjoying their Pimms, attendees contributed to help raise over £200 for one of Inspire's nominated 2013 charities; The Amelia Grace Rainbow Fund.
The Amelia Grace Rainbow Fund is a small, local charity and was founded by the parents of Amelia Grace Cooper who had terminal Neuroblastoma - a highly aggressive form of cancer. The fund initially helped to enrich Amelia's final months with memorable activities and experiences. Following her death, as a legacy to Amelia, her parents were determined to continue their efforts in the aid of other local, terminally ill children.
The evening culminated with the charity raffle which included several prizes generously donated by local companies, in particular, lunch for two at Urban Renaissance in The Russell-Cotes Museum, a large box of chocolates and cookbook from Swanage based chocolatiers Chococo and a pair of AFC Bournemouth tickets.
