 Chartered Accountants Inspire has achieved a hat trick by completing the third management buy-out it has advised on this year.
Inspire, in conjunction with Ellis Jones solicitors and Bank of Scotland, facilitated the MBO for the directors and staff of Ferndown based Enhanced Computer Solutions, a well established accounts software reseller with clients such as; Farrow and Ball, Lush Cosmetics and Co-Operative Funeral Care.
Director of Inspire, Warren Munson, said "This MBO was a fantastic challenge, not only did we successfully manage every aspect from start to finish but we fended off two competing bids from large national software resellers whilst dealing with a vendor who was in the middle of the Australian Outback".
Simon White, director of Enhanced, commented "We're pleased to have brought total control of the company into the hands of the management team. For the first time Enhanced is wholly owned by the staff; we all work in the business and can now focus on developing it".
