Poole based accountants and tax advisors, Inspire Professional Services, is celebrating its fifth birthday this July.
The company - formed by Warren Munson - offers a more personal service to clients, building long-term relationships to help them develop and evolve.
Warren Munson said: "I wanted to form Inspire as I felt that there were many people who weren't getting the best service from their accountants and tax advisors and felt that this could be negated by building relationships so that problems are foreseen and can be handled appropriately before they develop."
The company has grown from Warren on his own to now employing 21 staff with headquarters on Commercial Road in Poole.
Warren said: "The decision to locate the business in Poole shows our commitment to the conurbation. Our office offers a great base for us to meet clients as it's conveniently located between Bournemouth and Poole where most of our clients are situated." 
As well as dealing with tax and accounts compliance work Inspire has also advised on acquisitions, disposals and other transactions with a combined value of more than £50 million. This has been possible as close links are also forged with local solicitors and the banks who are aware of the top class advice offered by Inspire.

John Davies, MD of Poole-based electrical firm TDSi Ltd said: " TDSi has been using Inspire since December 2004, almost since their incorporation. The Inspire team has helped TDSi through some interesting restructuring we've undertaken from 2005-07 as a result of a management buyout which was finalised in 2005. They are now assisting us to manage double-digit sales growth and the opening of offices in Hong Kong and China. It's been a great journey so far and I'm looking forward to seeing both our companies grow together over the next five years."
