Tax Director
Ian joined Inspire in October 2011 after working as a Partner at a leading national firm of accountants and tax advisers.
With over 25 years experience in tax, Ian has previously worked as a tax inspector and led the global tax function of major international corporations.
He has wide experience in advising UK based and inbound companies, their directors and owners on UK and International tax issues.
Particular areas of expertise include cross border tax planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, family tax planning and share schemes. Ian also has considerable experience of leading the response to HMRC enquiries. |
