Harold Wilson famously said ‘a week is a long time in politics’, this seems more true now, than ever before.  Rishi Sunak’s debut budget on 11 March now seems like a distant memory, given the seismic shift in almost every aspect of our lives, businesses and society.

Although the Chancellor’s initial measures to support businesses through the Coronavirus pandemic have been drastically increased (a move that is welcomed), there were other announcements during that speech – less than a fortnight ago), which businesses still need to be aware of.
