Inspire Professional Services, the accountants and tax advisers in Poole, have had much to celebrate in 2014. As their tenth year as an advisory firm representing ambitious entrepreneurs, the company celebrated their anniversary with a black tie dinner and live band. Held at the O2 Academy in September over £13,000 was raised for five local charities.
Inspire are also the only firm in Dorset to be shortlisted for the British Accountancy Awards in 2014. As finalists in the category “Best Independent Firm”, they have been recognised for their innovative approach and commitment to excellence.
As always, Inspire continued to be involved in the local community. In September, Managing Director Warren Munson completed a 425 mile charity cycle ride with a team of local businessmen. Travelling between Bordeaux and Perpignon the group raised a total of £14,000. Furthermore in July they sponsored the “Entrepreneur Star of the Year” prize at both the Rock Recruitment Awards and the Venus Business Awards.
Having recruited an additional ten employees this year, Inspire now has a team of over forty experts working across five specialisms of tax, audit, accounts, corporate finance and strategic services. Furthermore, after five years at Inspire Chris Downing has been promoted to the role of Associate Director and is now developing his own portfolio of clients.
Chris comments “Inspire is a forward-thinking company who really put the client front and centre of everything they do. I am looking forward to contributing further to this innovative framework, for the benefit of our clients and as we look towards future growth in 2015”.
