Following a recent survey, Inspire received a +60.00 net promotor score from their clients, putting them in a league of their own when compared to the well-known global brands. The upmarket UK brand Waitrose currently has a score of -28.00. Costa Coffee has a score of +17.00, and the successful well-loved brand, Apple a score of +65.00. (UK, 2014) A +60.00 score is a fantastic result for Inspire!
The net promotor score survey, asks clients “How likely is it that you would recommend Inspire to a friend or college?” 65% of Inspire clients gave a score 9 or 10 out of 10 in response to this question and a further 95% of clients rated Inspire 7 or above.
When asked “What could Inspire do to improve your customer experience?” the highest response clients gave was “Nothing!”
