Rachel Parker and Henry Shutler, both trainee advisers with Inspire, took a day out from the office to help local charity The Amelia Grace Rainbow Fund decorate their beach hut on Southbourne Beach.
The beach hut is provided by the charity to help enrich the lives of terminally ill children and their families. The charity was keen to give the beach hut a face lift before the summer season and Inspire, were happy to lend a hand. Director, Ian Govier provided the paint and brushes and despite the freezing April weather, Henry & Rachel did a great job sprucing up the inside.
Chantel Cooper, the charity founder, commented “The charity was delighted that so many volunteers from inspire wanted to give their time to help decorate the beach hut. Rachel and Henry did a fantastic job in freezing weather and have created a bright and cheerful space for children and their families to use. As a company Inspire support our concept of local people doing good for local children, in this way the charity is excited to be working closely with them in 2013.”
